Do you offer free dental cleaning?

No. We do not offer free cleaning of teeth. Dental fees, for those without insurance, are based on household income and number of family members living in the home.

Can you extract or fill the tooth on the first visit?

Typically, we do not extract or fill on the first visit. After an evaluation and x-rays the dentist will develop a treatment plan.

Do you allow payment plans?

Yes, we can work with you on payment arrangements, however, services  such as dentures, root canals, crowns, eye glass frames and lenses must be pre-paid.

Do you provide immunizations?

Yes. Patients with proper documentation and that qualify for the sliding  scale (without insurance), there is no fee.  If a patient without insurance does not bring in proof of income documentation, or does not  qualify for the sliding scale, will be charged a $15 administration fee. If you have insurance, your insurance should cover it (call your  insurance with any questions regarding their coverage).  If you bring in your child for an office visit, in addition to receiving immunizations,  the office visit would be a separate charge.

Do you test and treat STDs?

We do test and treat for STDs at all locations, except the Lafayette location.

Can you help me with my medications?
