Administration Building
Variety Care's administrative offices are currently spread across three locations, resulting in inefficient support services. The merger has created an opportunity to streamline several services, including the patient call center. Neither existing call center has adequate space to expand. A new administrative building will provide one call center for effective support to service all eight clinics. Additionally, administrative offices housed at Lafayette and Straka will be converted to much needed patient care areas.
